What is IFS (Internal Family Systems)?

Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based modality. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome. For more information head to:

What to expect in the group work:

This group will run for 9-weeks, dates will be announced soon. We will meet for 90 minutes each week from 5:30 pm – 7 pm MST, virtually on Zoom.

  • Brief didactics (Mini-educational components to help you better understand what’s taking place physiologically so you can better understand yourself and others)
  • Learn skills that help you self-regulate
  • Understand that you have more control over your ‘feelings’ than you previously thought
  • Increased self-awareness
  • Begin the process of shifting from an external locus of control to an internal locus of control

What do we expect from you?

We ask that you have your video turned on during the duration of the session. This is to build trust amongst the group. To hold your own space and the space for others. You’ll learn to listen differently.

How much will the group cost?

The 9-week group will be a total of $570. You can pay in full or 2 payments of $300.

“What you are teaching are habit-changing skills and perception alternating skills. These all add up to life-changing skills.” – Anonymous

About the group leader:

Jennifer Gardner is an Empowerment and Resiliency Strategist.
She uses science-based strategies and fine-tuned skills to help clients address and overcome impediments to progress. Painful experiences, whether generational, developmental, cultural, or individual in origin, can have long-term physiological effects. Ultimately, that impact is less about what happened and more about what happened as a result – internally. Clients are guided through a deeper process that unlocks ways to stabilize, reset, and self-regulate so that they can manage anxiety, reduce stress, sleep better, think more clearly, and gain trust in themselves.

“I found you caring and the information you shared to be interesting and relevant. I thought you and Mare were good facilitators with different strengths and so I appreciated the differences. One of the reasons I took the course was not so much about the content you were offering but the bios/experience that you and Mare have made me feel whatever you presented I would be interested in exploring.” -Alissa
